Crazy R&D done on this piece for sure !!!Filter is a DRY clean. wash and go.
looks like at least a hour install.

BTW the box this came in was HUGE !!! Hence why I ordered this from the dealer, since free ship that way.

MSRP was over $900 !

Yes, but more futuristic and a SEALED box. The vara (old system)is a open box.

The new vara is NOW sealed with hoses to the core support.

Which new vara is that? I havnt seem a vara with a lid some the Ram air ones for the 02-09

The ones for 4th gen truck are still sorta open, hood acts as the seal/lid

2002-2007 is a sealed lid sorta
