Definitely a good call on the rear main seal.

Might have missed it in the thread but what trans is in that?

Don't think I actually said. It's a torque flight A727 3 speed automatic transmission. From what I gather it's basically the same trans that came in a lot of Mopar muscle car's.

Trans and t case back in. Little bit more work putting it back in than taking it out

Got the hvac box installed along with the steering wheel and borgeson steering shaft

currently working on modifying the 92 gas core support for a larger aluminum rad designed for 91-93 trucks

Got the driver's door mounted. Fitment so far not bad but not good. Bottom cab corner side needs to rotate down and quarter panel side needs to come up.

I did swap out the hinges from the parts truck since they were in better condition. So looks like they need some adjustments

92 gasser core support modified to fit a aluminum 91-93 ic rad. Just need to add some rubber grommets for the bottom mounting tabs and fab up upper mounts. And add provisions for the air to liquid trans cooler

Got the driver's door adjusted, and passenger door mounted and just about adjusted right. Needs a little more tweaking. Tossed the passenger fender and core support on to check on fitment for the rad

Not much done today. Got the wiring attached to the fire wall, parking brake assembly mounted back in the cab, master cylinder/brake booster mounted and fabbed up some upper rad supports.

Threw the driver's fender on. Still need to adjust it. Both doors need to be adjusted back a hair.

Not a ton done over the weekend. Added 4 gallons anti freeze (need about 2 more). Got the brakes bled. Will have to check them again once it's moving. Had to fix a couple of leaks (figured there'd be more [emoji1787]). Worked on getting grounds sorted out. And started patching the inner fenders

@1500ram12 Good progress! How did you like the Eastwood stuff? I havent ever used it. I did some for 15 on my 67 Camaro. It did pretty good.

Easy to work with. Just not as durable as a would have thought. Almost seems like it could use a hardener or something.
