Easy to work with. Just not as durable as a would have thought. Almost seems like it could use a hardener or something.

I understand that. Por 15 was a great product. I was very pleased with it.

The rust encapsulator was more along the lines of por15. I almost should have used both the platinum and Eastwoods black rust encapsulator.

Next project I'd probably go that route

Got the fuse panel wired up. Once the inner fenders are on I'll tidy up the wiring. Added a few more grounds

Weekend of wiring. For those who don't know I swapped the 90 steering column for a 92. And dodge changed wiring at least once between 90-92. So it wasn't a plug and play swap. Luckily the ignition side wiring pretty much matched up color wise. The multi function switch side was close. So I had my doubts about the windshield wiper function and turns. Wipers and headlights worked right off the bat, the turns and brake lights took some trouble shooting. Luckily it was mostly cleaning connections, swapping bulbs and fuses. Horn took a minute but I didn't install the connector on the 92 column for the horn. Not sure on reverse yet. Currently heads, tails, running, turns, hazards, interior, and underhood lights work, horn works. Tidied up some of the interior wiring.

Current issues, alternator isn't charging will have to double check the transpo regulator wiring) and the message center (wait to start light, brake, water in fuel and something else) doesn't turn on until I go to start the truck. Might be a bad grid heater relay or the control module for the grid heater. And developed a brake leak on both passenger front and rear. Also I have little brake pressure. Not sure if it's strictly associated to the leaks or if the booster went bad.

Today didn't go as planned. Still can't figure out the no charging issue, grid heater currently is up in the air, most likely will have to wait until cooler weather to see if it works, and today was the first time I have run the truck for more than a few minutes and I have a pin hole in a freeze plug on the passenger side. Fingers crossed I can get to it without removing anything.

I mostly have the power steering bled.

Charging issue resolved. I had followed decent garage install of the transpo internal regulator. I'm not sure if it's alternator related or 91.5-93 related on where you can install the ground wire for the transpo, but how he installed it didn't work for me. I moved the ground to how the instructions listed and it's charging.

1 problem down.

New freeze plugs should hopefully be here this week, so maybe that'll get done this week.

I was able to drop the trans cooler out of the way. Did have to disconnect 1 line and remove the down pipe.

And added a clean out port for the heater core
