Just wanted to show off my work. Bought the truck bone stock in October, and have slowly got her close to being done. I did all of the work myself. If anybody is debating replacing the factory cloth with Katzkins leather, I’d recommend it 10000%. You can get the leather and a set of hog ring pliers on eBay for $550, and do it all yourself with no experience. You can add heaters off Amazon for every seat for about $100 total also. Definitely money well spent.

So far, this is where I’m at. Next is a bed cover, AMP steps, and trading the leveling kit for a 4” lift. I’m also doing a half hearted search for some wheels with more + offset, to tuck the tires back in the fender wells (Black stocks, KMC 700, etc.), and matching tail lights.

If anybody has any questions, I’ll try to answer them. I’m not very knowledgeable, but maybe I can steer you right where I screwed little things up.

-Leveling kit
-35x12.50x20 Courser CXTs
-Spyder projector headlights (only low beams are projectors)
-Black front and rear bumper swap
-Debadged, and replaced with black badges
-MagnaFlow exhaust w/black tips
-Added Tecoom led fogs. Old bumper didn’t have fogs
-EBay Rebel style grille. I painted the “RAM” lettering myself
-Katzkins black leather
-Seat heaters in both fronts, and both sides in back
-USBs added to fear armrests
-Rough Country floor liners
-Stubby antennae
-Rough Country speedo calibrator

Nice truck. I'm interested in how you added the heated portion to the seats. What system did you use? Where did you mount the switches? How did you wire them up? Thanks.
