thank you! never too late to cut the door up. i was actually thinking about that already.

i have 2 more spares, but they're not mounted on tires yet. thinking about mounting them on the front sorta like this (ignore my crappy photoshop, was playing with ideas for stripes up top and on bottom, and a tx flag):

of course i will! you're a little far, but i might be in your neck one day!

    appreciate the support fellas.

unfortunately, back in november, the trailer came off the truck in a really freak accident during it's shakedown trip. rolled into a ditch. im just thankful no one got hurt. surprisingly it was still a box after flipping a few times, but it trashed the axle and overall needed to be ran through again.

i've basically abandoned the project since, it was a kick in the nads

for flipping a few times, it held up well. it took in 7ft of water during hurricane harvey, and then tried to die again during this trip. we still slept in it on that maiden voyage just to say we did. haha

i’m building up my truck into a much more practical and functional build that is easier to get out and explore with. i’m really excited for it. maybe one day i’ll replace the axle on the trailer and go in a new direction with it.

I'm in Port Arthur, and Harvey was a beast here as well. I haven't been to Galveston since the storm. Things back to normal over there? We still have gutted house over here waiting to rebuild. Love the trailer. Hate the wreck. Glad no one was injured.

I was living in fannett during the storm. grew up in nederland! moved to galveston after I got laid off, it actually rebounded very nicely after harvey. still as touristy as ever. lol
