IMO it’s awesome. I like being able to switch drive modes. I tend to mostly use Tow W/ MDS OFF mode as I think that has a really nice throttle response to it. Eco is great if you’re trying to watch your gas mileage. Stock is just like stock but performance mode really makes it come to life. Instant throttle response makes it feel much quicker. Supposedly it adds like 30hp, who knows. But it does make it feel a little quicker. I have no complaints so far.

Loved my Pulsar too until it put the truck in limp mode with a check engine (and every other) light. Seems it’s just a matter of time for everyone, unfortunately.

Off topic for a sec if you don't mind but the pic of the Pulsar brought it to mind. What is the unit on the top of the passenger side firewall on my 2018 ram 1500 that looks similar? like a big flat silver heatsink with ribs and 2 of those big red connectors? It looks very similar to that Pulsar unit, but I know my truck is stock.

i've never seen one of those before. (but my last truck was a 2003 tacoma and truck before a 2004 ram so technology has changed. lol)

I believe what you’re looking at is the stock PCM. The pulsar piggy backs directly onto it.
