Just an update... still waiting for Ram to approve the radio apparently.

I don't understand how they can wait. It's defective, it's under warranty, just fix it.

also have the same issues with the nav and not storing sirius/xm presets. tried all of the things ive found in this and other forums with no luck. went to the dealer and they said that there was update coming to fix the preset problem but nothing on the nav problem. very disappointed with these what i would call small problems. seems to have started when i took it in for the restraint controller recall and installation of the trailer brake controller.

I just got my truck back also to have a major 9 gig download for my 12 in Uconnect with Nav. Same as others. Won't store stations. When I speak to the system for navigation, it shows radio prompts in the nav screen. Been to the dealer multiple times. As of now, the navigation problems now seem to be corrected. I have stored radio stations and will have to see if it will retain them. I heard that they will no longer be doing OTA updates so any updates will have to be taken to the dealer for everything. I do tire of all the problems. Just wished I held off for a 2020 model. Crossing fingers

I too have the Nav problem. I also have one song playing and showing another. Had dealership look at it and they just scratched their heads and said sorry. Now I wished I hadn't gotten rid of my 17 F150. Shame on FCA for lack-luster knowledge or concern for the issues.

Same issue here! No one seems to know how to solve this problem which is insane . Just talk to the dealer and he told me to disconnect my battery or 20 minutes then reconnected but that doesn’t always work either. I’ve seen posts in different forums about this problem since Way back in 2018. It’s pretty aggravating when you pay a huge amount of money for a vehicle in the simple navigation system doesn’t work. The one in my wife’s 2014 Nissan juke works!

Going on a 1200 mile road trip this coming week. I figure ill wait to see if there are any issues that pop up and have the dealer look at them all at once.

Still nothing fixed, dealership now claims they have never heard of a problem. Dave Dennis Beavercreek Ohio. They are just passing the buck. They also claim they have never heard about the bed step problem either. I think if I asked them about all the airbag problems , they would say "what, I never heard about that! I told 2 friends who were thinking about a FCA vehicle, please go somewhere else. I am getting rid of this truck!
