Same issue here! No one seems to know how to solve this problem which is insane . Just talk to the dealer and he told me to disconnect my battery or 20 minutes then reconnected but that doesn’t always work either. I’ve seen posts in different forums about this problem since Way back in 2018. It’s pretty aggravating when you pay a huge amount of money for a vehicle in the simple navigation system doesn’t work. The one in my wife’s 2014 Nissan juke works!
I noticed the same issue over the weekend where i tried to search for lowes on my 2020 Limited 12" Uconnect and it told me no connection or something similar.
Going on a 1200 mile road trip this coming week. I figure ill wait to see if there are any issues that pop up and have the dealer look at them all at once.Hi 14RamMan,
We are sorry to hear about your recent Uconnect concern. Have you considered addressing this with your dealer? If you would like additional assistance, feel free to reach out via private message!

I too have the Nav problem. I also have one song playing and showing another. Had dealership look at it and they just scratched their heads and said sorry. Now I wished I hadn't gotten rid of my 17 F150. Shame on FCA for lack-luster knowledge or concern for the issues.
Still nothing fixed, dealership now claims they have never heard of a problem. Dave Dennis Beavercreek Ohio. They are just passing the buck. They also claim they have never heard about the bed step problem either. I think if I asked them about all the airbag problems , they would say "what, I never heard about that! I told 2 friends who were thinking about a FCA vehicle, please go somewhere else. I am getting rid of this truck!
