You can buy reman'd ones from NAPA...they run about $260 for the automatic trans and $270 for manual and carry a 12 month/18,000 mile warranty. If it's an automatic it's PN# NEC XTP90264V ...the manual trans is PN# NEC XTP90262V

well considering my truck just caught on fire today and the engine isnt salvageable i might have one for ya... i just gotta asses the damage and ill let ya know.... PM me if i forget
