Need assistance 4th gen

I'm hoping someone can assist me I bought a wrecked 2011 5500 6.7 with a 6 speed , along with a 2011 3500 crew
Cab Longhorn and a new frame from Dodge.
The issue I'm having is somewhat small truck runs excellent.
I need to find some brand of programmer that will either let me change Vin#s on the modgels and or add factory build codes. I have a airbag light that I believe is being caused by the side curtain airbags that the ,5500 was not equipped with same thing on the climate control the 5500 just had manual heat and air.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have attached a couple pictures truck has every option plus it's a ,6 speed.

How is a 2011 a Gen5 truck?
I know AlfaOBD can change the VIN on some modules with the Gen4 trucks.
You need to resize the pictures to be able to upload them directly to the site.

There is no such thing as a 5th gen HD. ONLY 1500 is 5th gen, 2500 and up are still 4th

Are you planning to install the 6.7L & transmission into the 3500 ?

Which new Frame did you buy ? 3500 or 5500 or ?

Any frame switching will have to be done through the DMV or their representative, ie: State Police
They may stamp a whole new VIN on the Frame & put new metal tags on the dashboard & "B" Pillar

Then your vehicle would be considered a
' Special Construction Vehicle ' like many custom built motorcycles
