Need current UConnect firmware

As I have some problems with my UConnect radio to play my SD card (and the soft reset did not solved the problem), I would like to upload the firmware again into my radio system.

Unfortunately on the Uconnect website I just get the message "no update necessary" and I can't download the current firmware.

Where can I get the current firmware for my truck? (2016 Limited Canada)

I took my Ram into the dealership last Monday
One of the things that attempted was a radio update
Currently my software is version 17.11.07

They attempted to upgrade it to 18-60-02 C2, it did not work

My thinking is that i first have to upgrade to 18.45.01
After that i can upgrade to 18.60.02.C2

I could probably download the upgrade 18.45.01 to my computer, but from there i am lost
I have no clue how to unzip a file & put it on a thumb drive

I do know how to put the thumb drive in the Ram & then follow instructions, i just upgraded the Nav Maps
