Need help buying

Going to look at a
2013 RAM 1500 Express 4x4 Crew Cab with 46,*** miles. Asking $23,995 looking for feedback on anything i should be aware of any problems or concerns what everyone thinks of this truck is price good?

The 2013 model year was pretty well sorted out so there's not much to be concerned with defects there.

However, it's a used truck so I'd inspect it as you would any used vehicle.

As far as a fair price, that depends on your local market, the vehicle's general condition and what it's history is. You could get the VIN and run it through your local Ram dealer for service, warranty, open recall and repair information Ram has on the truck.

Then, check KBB.com for comparable pricing in your area. Enter the information on the truck there and it will give you a range of retail prices to compare with the dealer's asking price.

Am I reading correct when I read 2013 express?? I feel like for that price you've listed, you can dang there get a brand new express for either the same price or real real close to that. Are you trading anything in?

That year, the express trim was the same as tradesmen just with the paint matched bumpers and grille

No guarantees one way or the other with that. Every used vehicle has some sort of issue but the 4th gen trucks seem to be pretty solid.

I live near Pittsburgh. I bought my truck from NC from that dealership, they ship up to 300 miles free, (Clarksburg WV). They have cheaper trucks than anywhere around here. Look into them in that link I posted. At a minimum use them as a bargaining number with the local dealers to match

My 14 Express with projector headlights, led tails, Black Express package, class 4 receiver and 5.0 radio stickered for $39,000. For a 13 I would consider the mileage to be reasonably low, but I'd bet you could get them down at lease another $1,000 to $1,500.

That means it’s only equipped to the minimum equipment to make it an express.
My dealer here has new express’ starting for around $29K
