Hey Ya'll!

I have a 6" Skyjacker lift on my truck that has pretty much rusted away to the point of being dangerous in just 7 years. Unfortunately, I wasn't the guy who put it on so the warranty doesn't cover me. I need to take the truck back to stock anyway since I use it on the farm and the lift makes some things awkward. My question for the experts on here is this: What components will I need to purchase? I have studied and believe that I need the following: 2 OEM lower control arms, 2 OEM upper control arms, 2 coil springs, u-bolts for rear. New OEM size shocks all around, and a set of suspensions bumps. Is there anything else I need? I was curious about the pittman arms and sway bar links but I don't think those were swapped. any help would be appreciated.

If there is a bracket for relocating the track bar you'll need to remove it as well as go back to the stock pitman arm. These things are always done together. On a 6" lift I would expect this to be necessary. I would also expect the sway bar to have been altered so you'll need stock sway bar links or to remove the sway bar

Why not just replace rusted components with the same skyjacker parts? It will be much easier (and probably cheaper) to just take your time and replace parts one by one.

If it has a track bar drop box you can't lower it to stock. Cause in order to install that box they have to drill out the tapered hole on the stock mount. So your track bar will never line up or seat properly again. Thus the front end will be out of wack.

Do they make adjustable tracbars? Because that might be a solution.

But I still believe it would be cheaper/easier to keep the lift.
