Need help identifying brake pads

Hey everyone, new to the forum. I’ve had my 3rd gen for about a year now and getting around to changing the front brake pads. Ordered according to what I researched was the correct pad, but upon getting the wheel off, quickly realized they were not what I needed. Apparently the previous owner put on a 4 piston setup and the pads are way bigger and different. I have no idea what pads I need now. Anyone have any ideas? Pics for reference. Old pads on top, new ones I got on bottom.

Is there any numbers on the calipers, brake pads, or if there is a mounting plate for the calipers?
Maybe post up some more pics of the calipers, someone may recognize them
