Need help with 2012 dodge power wagon

My rear locker engages but my truck will not register that it has engaged so it won’t let the front one work and I have this mysterious plug under my truck I have no clue where it goes could that be something to do with my lockers? The other part of the plug is there but the wires are ripped out of it don’t know where the wires go

I think that's the rambox power plug... and guessin you don't have them right? Not related to your locker issue.. I don't think.

Hard to tell from your pictures, where are these plugs located? The last picture looks like it has a plug in it that dead ends there.
