Need help with Auxiliary Switches for 19 Ram 1500 Tradesman Classic.

I have a 19 RAM 1500 Tradesman Classic and I have what is in the first picture and I want to upgrade to what is in the second picture. Ani help? I would like the interior to stay stock, in appearance, if possible.
