Need help with cam and lifter parts

Can you please quote on all the parts that I would need to do mds delete on 2011 Ram 1500 5.7L. Including:
Non mds camshaft
Cam phaser
Timing set
Head gaskets
Head bolts
Timing cover gasket
Intake gaskets
Water pump gasket
Valve guide seals
Mds plugs.
Cam bolt
Crank bolt
Oil pump?
And anything else that you can think of. Thank you in advance.

2 MDS delete plugs
3 and of course a tuner to turn off MDS once done
