i got a 2006 3.7 dodge ram with a good motor and bad body and i have a 2008 4.7 dodge ram with a nice body but bad engine. I want to put the 3.7 engine into the 4.7 ram body. What should I do??????

You will want the PCM, wiring harness, motor mounts and associated accessories off the 3.7 engined truck to do the swap.
