there's repair stuff out there if you do a google search, but read the reviews. Some claimed it failed under pressure/temp while others claimed it worked.

hit or miss with repairing it

By the time you screw around trying JB weld or similar, with having to prep the surfaces and waiting to set up, etc., you are better off just replacing the rad.

Green coolant in the 3.6? Don't they normally have the purple oat coolant?

They do normally I’ve just put a gallon of 50/50 coolant/antifreeze from a gas station in yesterday after replacing the thermostat

Mixing improper coolant can result in gel like substances forming. If unsure in the future distilled water can be used to top off a low system.
Our Rams use Oat type coolant.

Search on our forum for Rmi 25 , it will help to remove any crude that may be occurring in your system.

This is what I was worried about.

Still need to replace that radiator first. Would be a good time to do drain and fills with distilled water til it runs clear, then drain and fill with the proper coolant.

Google what happens if you mix the wrong coolants in a Ram that uses OAT 10 year coolant. You might want to drain and flush the system before you drive any farther, otherwise you might be replacing things like a heater core etc. in 6 months time.
There's 2 plugs on the block that you can pull to drain the block,as draining it by the rads petcock, doesn't come anywhere near getting all the old coolant out of the block, you can also drain and flush the heater core by removing the heater hoses and flushing it out
As stated you need a new radiator to.

You are wasting your time attempting to repair the plastic radiator tank(s). Ask me how I know!
Replace the radiator.

If i were you, i would call a radiator shop near you
Have them take a look at it
Usually Radiator Shops can buy a radiator cheaper than any Auto Parts Store.
There is no middleman, just the shop & the supplier

I would almost BET that the coolant that you bought from the store is 100% the incorrect kind.

I looked at your towns possible Radiator Shops, there are 2, at least.

It cannot be fixed, and a new one only runs around $100 and takes less than a hour to replace. I did mine last year.
