Hey guys. I want to change the colour of pretty much all the interior pieces on my 12 1500 longhorn. I don't like the chrome or the silver or the wood grain look any more lol. Any tips on how to remove any of the pieces or what to use for paint/wrap? Thanks!!

Got ya

Okay, center, there's two screws under the rubber mat. Torx t 20. Remove. Firmly grasp the top. Pull firmly straight towards console, will take the whole thing off. The little plates surrounding your vents there are little clips holding them in place. You need a jewelers standard screw driver. Or something ungodly thin. Lightly pry on it, I recommend taping surrounding area to prevent scratching by the way. Use another driver to push in on those clips as you see them you will break the plate in half or break a clip if you rush it. That's the extent of what I know. Like I said TAKE YOUR TIME. I rushed removing the chrome square around my center console (cup holders and shifter area) and cracked it down the middle on one side.
