Need some muffler help guys!

Nah, I kind of like it, actually been running it open since I got it welded in there, well except for when I have someone in the truck with me and when I leave in the morning so I don't wake the kid leaving the garage. Its just loud enough over the xr-1 to keep it for when I want to be "extra" loud.

Well since we can't put the car seat in my truck we take the wifes nitro everywhere so my truck stays loud.

Mine did too until I got the LT's with the high flows. Since then, no love for the exhaust when the cutout is open.

I was at a crusin today and a guy that I know in a 69 Chevelle with a supercharged big block and header with cutout drove by us and my daughter asked me why my truck wasn't that loud. I asked her if she would like my truck to be that loud and she said yes, so I think I am good.

If I had money I would have a procharger, cam, bv heads, LTs, cutouts, tc, and gears. But I am in college with a wife and daughter, so I can only do so much until I graduate in December and get a real job

well goin back to the muffler, i cant stand rustmaster but my budyy just put a 50 series on his furd and its still got a deep rumble to it, and even after the break in its not loud at all, and i think they make a 70 series, even quieter

try try try to stay away from flows...they are probably good mufflers..just not good for our hemi's... I have the biggest mag they make (5x11x22)...very quiet in cab, if i want loud, I open the cutouts...

not sure what part number it is but i know it isn't the 12588. physical size is the same but it is a 3"dual in/3.5" single out
