what lighting are you trying to fix?
Chances are it's not a fuse and all the lighting is controlled by the BCM so there is no LED relay module. You'll need to use AlfaOBD if possible to correct for the LEDs, add load resistors or use different LEDs.

Replaced all front end with led, now I have a hyper flash from the blinkers in side mirrors when using each side.
