After a little more looking i dont think the ones posted are the correct ones. I did find that 4.8mmx1.59 and its the same as the tail light lens. However the screw head is different. Tail light lens is much larger than the 3rd.

I found some on McMasterCarr. Bought a couple different sizes and orings too. I think the OEM has an oring also. Once i get them i will post up my findings. Hard to believe that FCA dont sell the screws. They sell every other screw for the truck??

I went to dealership and thought this too. They had a 3rd sitting on the shelf. We opened one up and no screws included.

Are the clips on the light that the screws go into?

I bought a recon smoked 3rd brake light replacement that’s supposed to use your factory screws...except mine didn’t have any, it was just kinda “stuck” up there. I found two screws and clip nuts that were the right size, painted them black and bam...fixed. These were just extra parts I had leftover from something else...no need to buy something special for this application. Just FYI
