New 2019 front end

I know it's not official but what do you guys think of this article and new photo of the front end.

I have mix thoughts about it, I like it, but to me it has a Durango "look" front end.

It's not so different looking to me that i won't consider one. In fact, if the hemi stays as it is now, or get's upgraded, it comes with hid's or led headlights and everything else remains the same i'm likely to buy one for the right price. The rumored split tailgate i could take or leave. I like the Sport packages so would like to see it in the new design. Overall, if this is the new design i'll be glad. It's not too radically different and i like that.

Here's more recent photos, this time they're saying these are leaked from FCA meetings. The first is the alleged leak, the second is an artist rendering of what it could look like

Personally I do actually prefer it to current gen. While the current gen looks good, it's become very dated now. It's too rounded and really lacks the more modern lines and curves that are now present on vehicles much like how the recently redesigned dodge charger is much better than the more basic look of the last gen.

I'll be due for my next vehicle about the same time as this redesign hits the dealer floors and if I do buy it I'm also going to get the newer upgraded v6 tech they're talking about it coming with, keep it all stock, and likely call my modding days over.

I wanna laugh at that "artist rendering" because it is just pulling something out of thin air on the vehicle side views. The faux fender applique has that F150 vibe and the rest of the side view reminds me of the 2014+ Tundra reskin job. Comical.

Not trying to defend them or anything but of course it's obviously pulled out of thin air it's a render, that's exactly what a render is. You can't have a realistic render, that's like trying to tell an artist that his flying dragon better look close to a real flying dragon haha.

I've been surfing real WRX pics tonight though... Little voice in my head is trying to convince me I don't need a truck bed anymore... Ugh

Kinda looks like a mix of the newer Durango and Chevy Silverado front ends [emoji848]. I'm sure it'll be better when the actual production model comes out.
