While I agree we rarely see positive reviews and mostly just read about the failures, we all have our tolerance for how the truck features are adapted over the years, like the addition of various nanny functions.
I feel like I've won the lottery with my '21 Warlock and I've been able to defeat the majority of nannies or stupid features without much difficulty.
From what I have learned here, there are features added in the '22 & later years that I can't accept.
The 3 horn chirps behaviour while exiting the running vehicle is unacceptable to me, period.
AFAIK, there is no simple cost-effective workaround.
The crazy E-brake, proximity braking, and lane guidance BS, I want nothing to do with that crap.
The auto-start/stop feature does not have any permanent user configuration abilities AFAIK without buying an over-ride device.
And the latest unacceptable change to me is Stellantis discontinuing the V8 Hemi.
AFAIK, all the manufacturers have added similar features and have their own customer service nightmare stories. If I owned a '19 with no operational issues, I'd invest in that vehicle's healthy longevity before I waste $ on anything new.
For the most part, customer service is not what it used to be. Even if you find that rare gem of a dealership, most manufacturers too often refuse to follow warranty contracts until you hire a lawyer. I want nothing to do with any of that crap.
No disrespect intended to any of those happy with those features I detest, those who like to gamble on new designs or users who can live without a V8 under the hood.
We all can choose what suits us or does not, at least for the moment.
