Traded my 2014 3500 dually in last Thursday for a 2019 3500 SRW with the 400 hp and 1,000 ft. lbs. torque. The '14, with only 65,000 miles had a bad turbocharger ($6,000 Mopar) and a bad 4wd shift motor ($575). Such a nice Christmas.
New one still at dealers. Has a bad vibration when driving. They changed wheels, no help. Tomorrow they'll try a new driveshaft.
What can I possibly expect? It was only $65,000 on the sticker.
Poor dealers must suffer the complaints because of lousy production and zero quality control.
