Hello All, New Guy here and need assistance with my Ram... Hope someone can help. Many of my friends told me to join a forum regarding my Truck, and this one just looked right. I have a 2003 Dodge Ram, my 3rd Dodge Truck, and currently having hesitation and acceleration problems from a stop. Brought it to the dealer, and they cleaned the throttle body, Fuel Injector Flush, O2 sensors came up on the diagnostics (changed) and did the scheduled maintenance. Truck was okay for a month and is now doing the same thing. Dealership said to run the truck to almost empty and fill-up with gas. Check engine light went on and the other O2 Sensor went bad, but they can't figure out what the hesitation and acceleration problem is. It is now idling rough every so often. Any knowledge to share?

Thank you!!!

Welcome to the forum. :) Sounds like it might be symptoms of a bad EGR valve. I had similar issues with my 05 4.7 and that's what it ended up being.

Just curious what a fuel injector flush is? Never heard of such a thing.

Also fuel filter, plugs, loose connection are always my first checks.

same here. It's a very easy plug and play part. I think I paid like $60 at advance for mine and took like 15 minutes to swap out. Might be worth a shot. This is the new one vs. the old one...pretty nasty for 50k on the odometer.

Welcome, check what the other have stated. I would also change fuel stations to rule out bad fuel.
