Hello everyone
Purchased a new 2022 RAM 3500 Turbo HO Diesel with Crew Cab and a 8 foot box. Date of purchase was January 11th 2022, received a VIN in on February 2nd 2022. I do believe the assembly was fast due to the built code of 99. Was informed that the truck left the plant on March 18th 2022 and sat in the dock area for 75 days and now I was given an ETA in Davisville port in RI of June 16th 2022. While reading some of the forum posts, numerous transport vessels had come and gone from the port in Mexico. My dealership told me that I would have the truck by the end of April or very early May 2022. My question is does the dealer have to continue updating the priority code to expedite the movement and if so I could understand why I was told to take possession of the vehicle late April early May?????
