Hello everyone, New, to me, Ram Owner here. 2017 1500 Big Horn. Ive had it for 2 months and love it so far. I did already have an issue with the battery going dead. I did the standard parasitic draw check which is time consuming in the newer vehicles. I had a 3.5-3.7 amp draw after thirty minutes of doors closed and locked, hood up but the latch was closed with a screw driver. After pulling all of the fuses under the hood, and waiting for the amp draw to return to normal after some were put back in, I realized the under the hood light was still on. I disconnected the switch at the latch and did a continuity test of the switch by releasing the hood latch and manually. The switch is no good and it was telling the light to stay on. I unplugged the light and reconnected everything else and all good. Ive seen a lot of parasitic draw stuff here already and just adding my story to the mix.
