Hey everyone,
I just registered, so I wanted to say hello and make a confession. Friday, December 12, I became the proud, first time owner of a Dodge. It's 2012 Ram 1500 R/T regular cab with only 5000 miles! I've been a member over at 67-72Chevytrucks for years and have NEVER owned anything but GM trucks. I'm currently building a 68 C10 SWB, and WAS the proud owner of a super clean, low miles '96 Silverado SWB Sportside until the day before Thanksgiving when a gentleman made a right hand "country-turn" from the left lane and destroyed it. I considered ordering a new Silverado, but had been eyeing this Dodge I found online. Well, I now own the R/T and I'm very pleased. The trip home was 250 miles long so I had plenty of time to get acquainted with it. Wow! Power, torque, it's agile too! Love it. Being the type who cannot leave well enough alone, I've already picked out a S&B CAI, and since my other trucks had modified suspensions, a 2/4 McGaughy's kit. Oops! Didn't mean to get so "wordy." Anyway, Hello and I'm looking forward to adding to my list of truck fanatic friends and learning all I can about my new Ram R/T.
