New purchase advise

I currently have two Rams and want to consolidate to a 2020 limited version. Do not want a dually. Is the drive identical between a 2500 and a 3500 long bed? I imagine a 3500 might have a stiffer ride but is there any other difference between the two besides capacity? (Both being diesels)

Far as I know everything is identical except the rear suspension, leafs vs springs, and a slightly larger rear differential.
