No electric power anywhere

I was fixing up a 1989 first gen dodge and I got it going and was driving around in my driveway when the dash started to smoke and I lost all power to everything. I went down to the fuse box and found the burnt wire, replaced it, and I still have no power.

what color was the wire before it burned?

what fuse did it connect to?
