The headlights on my 04 2500 don’t turn on. Fog lights and high beams work fine. I replaced the multifunction switch and that was not the issue. Anyone else have this issue? Any thoughts on what to try next?

How do you know it's not just the low beam filaments burned out? Low beams, most of the time, are the first to burn out since they're used the most.

Don't just throw parts at it. Get a wire diagram and find out where the voltage stops. Could be fuse, relay etc.

The high beam , fog and low bear are on separate fuses low beam has a fuse high beam has a fuse and fogs have a fuse ! So that being said check or change the fuse ! That is where i would be looking! first before throwing money at it!
