No Phone Button Or Bluetooth?

I have a new (to me) 2019 V6 Ram 1500 classic, the tradesman model. Unfortunately I seem to have no Bluetooth capabilities and can't even connect my android to the radio with USB. There is USB functionality but maybe I have the settings on the phone wrong. I also seem to have just an "Info" button where the phone button is for other people. What can I do, other than get an AUX cable or replacing the radio? Is there something that I'm missing?

Also make sure you are using a data USB cable not just a charging USB cable. They look the same but the charging one only has the power conductors . You need the data conductors too. The cheaper ones are usually for charging only.
