I have been chasing codes for the last 2 months.

Replaced.....
Shift selnoid
Coils
Sparkplugs
Knock sensors
Cam position sensor
MAP sensor
Air temperature sensor
VVT Selnoid
O2 sensors
Throttle body
Intake manifold gaskets

When I started this process, I had no acceleration and very poor fuel economy. First code was air temperature sensor. From there I have been chasing codes. Each time, code clears and truck runs better.

Just finished changing VVT solenoid. Truck ran amazing, Hemi knock is gone. But hit about 60 miles of continuous driving and again, no power and 3 miles per gallon.

I reset computer and no codes are coming up.

I am beyond frustrated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

None right now. Started with air temperature sensor high. Replaced it. Then next was coil misfire. Replaced all coils and plugs.

Then was body code 181e

Currently no codes at all

Sounds like you need to go through every connector from the pcm and tipm as well as bcm and clean them and spray contact cleaner and then use some dialectric grease on the seals. May have a bad ground or faulty connection somewhere that is appearing as a gremlin

Sell the truck or trade it in.

I will clean all the connectors. I do feel I have been chasing a gremlin.

When I swapped the VVT selnoid, the tic almost completely disappeared.

I know it is heat related. Once I hit full operating Temp is when issue starts.

Thanks for the wisdom.
