Sounds like A tipm I don't have a link but look up how to jump power to your tipm fuel relay and see if it starts up. If it does there's an easy fix for it.

There’s a bypass wire for 11 and up but not for 09 and I’m not sure how to bypass without frying tipm

Try finding the wires that come out of the tipm connector, disconnect the connector and add power to the pins and listen to See if the pump Turns on. If it doesn't pump is probly shot. You have a code reader? Can try scanning to see if there are any codes in the bcm or ecm

Anthony, generally fuel pumps have a life of ten years, being an 09 it is 11 years old and if you can't hear the pump with the key on under the fuel tank, then the fuel sending unit is at fault. don't go into playing with the wires that could be costly. or you can tap in the fuel rail manifold and check the fuel pressure if there isn't any or it is under 45 psi then the fuel pump for sure is faulty

The fuel rail doesn’t have the valve to check the pressure
