Noise from back of truck

There is a noise coming from the back of truck when turning left or right. Thinking differential hopefully not. Anyone have any ideas?

Without knowing any more information about the truck, my best guess would be that the Trak-Lok Limited Slip is chattering during turns.

How long has it been since the rear diff has been serviced?

Mopar makes a limited slip additive for the rear axle called "friction modifier" that eliminates the chattering of the clutches inside the diff case.
