I am located in the Scranton area of Pennsylvania. I am building a 1985 ,318 and I am looking for someone that specializes in mopar engines that is in my area
I would like it done right

Not sure about the coal region, but while visiting family near Wind Gap, there was a car show in Pen Argyl, and the Slate Belt Mighty Mopars club had a pretty strong presence. If you make contact they might be able to steer you in the right direction.
