Not going into gear

01 Ram 2500 5.9 Magnum (Gas) with a 46RE transmission. We just had the transmission rebuilt, reinstalled the transmission and it will not go into gear. We did put new ATF in it, made sure all the gear linkages are connected. All sensors are connected. Not sure why it will not go into gear. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I would contact whoever rebuilt it is it throwing any codes.
