Stumbled upon something interesting with the OBD Link app.
Trying to verify the ECM mileage after a EVIC swap, I found an option to add "enhanced network features with the app"
Sadly I did not record what I did.
In the app click on the car symbol
If the app has pulled the vin, fill in missing options.
If I recall correctly under enhanced network it will give you an option to add on enhanced features.
Get the update and scan for PIDs (may take a while mine had over 6000)
Selecting network A, I was able to view my ecm mileage ( I do not know if it is accurate as my 3.5 cluster had 108686.4 and the app said it was 108455.7...( dealer reflash, pcm replacement without correction or error in app read idk?)
Going to the dashboard you can add a display and with the network A selected, you can view more advanced PIDs.
Didn't get to much into it, because of a migraine.
I will do some more investigation when I get a chance.
Just figured I would share. As always proceed at your own risk.
