Obd1 upgrades

So I got my 1st truck (1st vehicle in general actually) 2 years ago this month, and it's a 1994 1500 4x4 with the 5.9 magnum. Being the power hungry automotive enthusiast I am, the first thing I wondered to myself was how I can make it faster. It all ready has a cai and a 3" catback exhaust. With it being obd1, is there really anything else I can do to get more power without swapping to a carb or a standalone ecu? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
