Odd rattle from passenger side.....??

I have a 2015 Sport CC and love it. However as of late I now have a rattle which sounds like it's on the passenger side. Weird thing is it only rattles when someone is in the passenger seat!?? When it's just me in the truck it's silent. I've checked under the seat and the mounts and everything is tight.

Any ideas?

The latch on my center console storage (bench seats) rattles when I go over bumps.
