To be fair its an oilfield pipe place. They dont do much of this stuff at all. The Oven has a drive thru for Semi trucks

They Sandblast , High heat prime and Powder coat.

Cost me 650$

That's awesome. We have a bunch of small guys but anything big will be awhile.

If you Lincoln Locker'd both diffs, that thing would probably climb straight up a mountain, lol. Damn it looks good Ian,i like it :waytogo:

Now I need to find a proper exhaust. This one sounds awesome at idle. But when on the gas it sounds like clapped out ****. pretty disappointed.

Going back to a MagnaFlow 5 X 8in. Oval or something similar. I got 22 inches of room to shove something in there.

Ordered the Viair 40040 400C Air Compressor Kit this morning. It was 23% off on Amazon
They also Had the 5 gallon tank for 80$ on warehouse deals

So I got myself an actually decent Air horn setup for dirt cheap and with added bonus of onboard air :ehcapt:

Ordered myself a Flowmaster 943050 50 Delta Flow Muffler after spending hours watching YT sound clips... lol....

Need to start figuring out the side profile of the rack. Trying to keep that bodyline.

Looks like you gotta tilt the upright along the cab several degrees at the top to keep it looking professional and snug haaaaaa

Why wouldn't the blinkers work. All it needs is a resistors to fix the hyperflashing.

I'm going to stay 3" away at the top so not to dent the cab.

These just showed up

I spent a couple hours after supper trying to figure out my filler neck problem. I wont be able to use the stock one, so once again Amazon warehouse deals came thru for me at 52$ for a Spectra Premium FN703 Fuel Tank Filler Neck. Its for a Ford Mustang but it looks longer and should help with my relocation.

you might want to something like this to mount off road lights
of course you would not need the sign

same setup with sign removed

What a day. I did get my horns but had to help a buddy do a harmonic balancer on his ****box, You might of seen this truck in my offroad pictures... so obviously no work got done on my truck... :p

Best part about today is when my buddy dropped the new harmonic balancer key inside the engine. Good thing oil pans are easy to drop on a 4.0L ... lol

Figured out were to mount the horns today, also ordered 2 rebuild kits for them from Air Horns of Texas since I will be rtunning 150psi thru them... hahahaha

They sound good at only 100psi https://youtube.com/shorts/I0wkL0V1pR0?feature=share

Also made new brackets for the new mudflaps, Just waiting on my Stainless hardware from Fastenal.

Step away from this thread, for a few days, and entire truck has changed.

****** around all day. but me thinks this will be perfect. All removable from underneath once the deck is on.

Doubled up the rubber mounts for the air horns. Welded a bracket to the frame and used a 1/4 piece of Aluminum for the mounting surface of the air tank.

Best part is the tank is hidden by the hitch. So it should never get damaged.

Compressor will be mounted inside the cab behind the back seats. Will work on that tommorow.
