Have a 2021 Warlock w/ 5.7L hemi Have changed own oil for years. Just now looking at Fumoto oil drain valves. Curious as to views on oil drain valves and is Fumoto F106N best option for 2021 1500? or if I should avoid oil drain valves as I have for years.

I've put Fumotos on other vehicles over the years. These vehicles had the drain plugs mounted in terrible spots, so a Fumoto with a hose barb on it made it easy to shove a section of hose on the hose barb and drain the oil into the pan mess free. I may throw one on my 2019 classic some day.

It definitely convenient and for the price why not. Works great if you don't have a garage as I have had the wind blow the oil steam and make a mess

Yes Fumoto makes a great oil drain valve, just get a clear piece of tubing to aim it, don't have one yet but am looking.

I have used them (Fumoto) for years with no complaints whatsoever. Have them on the wife's Wrangler as well. If only my oil filter was as easy to change as the oil in the truck...

I’m running one and it’s great, no more oil on the hands. Now for the filter, I’m running a 3” body lift with my 6” suspension lift so I have no issues with filter change. I just throw a freezer bag around the filter and then remove.

I've also had one for years and never experienced any problems. The only "downside" is that they drain a little slower than pulling the oil plug. I think they are a great investment! I also have one on the bosses Chy 300.

Sorry, I am very new to posting and going to own my very first '21 Ram 1500 Limited eTorque. Can someone comment on correct valve model number and hose to order? Seems like a great Idea. Is the Fumoto F106N a standard fit for all Ram Trucks?
I should be picking up my truck from the dealer in about 2 weeks.

Thanks in Advance

Yes the Fumoto F106 series should be the one. You can use either the "N" or "S" model, if you want a "nipple", or just the F106 w/o a nipple. You can slide a piece of tubing on the N or S models if you so wish.
