Listen sir, I don't think i'd be complaining (just joking) cause you are getting some pretty good numbers, at least compared to mine and others i've seen.

2009 dodge ram 1500 5.7l 4x4 slt. Cold startup engine psi ~50-58. After, 10 seconds high idle goes down yielding roughly ~45. When the truck is fully warmed up I see Low 20's sits usually about 21-23 until I take off as in from a stop light or whatever maxes out to about 55 roughly 1500-2000 RPMs. I don't enjoy seeing low 20's. But It is still enough oil pressure, I just completed my cam swap about 1k miles ago and was going to swap to the "hellcat" higher volume oil pump but wasn't able to get the pan off so said the hell with it.

Question for you, 16 Ram Larmine sport,, 4x4 5.7, 8 speed, 3.21 gears. 65k miles, only mod is a catch can.

Running 5w30 redline and Rp 20 820 filter, less than 1500 miles on oil change.

Here is issue, at speed oil psi 53, at cold idle 58 psi (start up) at warm idle 48 psi.

Oil PSI after 2 hours of driving, upon stopping 39 to 41. Cut off truck immediately restart oil psi 48?

I'm thinking oil sending unit, or pcv valve.

Truck has been on redline since 10k, steady diet of srt filters or rp 20 820,

Never had this issue before. Fuel mileage 18 mpg on real gas.

This just happened driving from Montana to Minnesota. Avg temp, 10. degrees, -2 start up to 22 stop.

Thoughts? no startup knock, no noises, Truck performed flawlessly.

Appreciate any thoughts
A reliable dodge mechanic has told me that the oil pressure gauge on the ram is inaccurate to say the least.

Those oil read8ng# seem to be perfectly normal. They are the same as my 2017, Sport with 5.7.

Just to add another data point...for my truck:

Cold idle: 58-ish
Warm idle: 37
While driving: 52-53

This is with 5W30 Valvoline EP, PUP, Mobil 1 (with Lubeguard), or QS. These pressures for me are regardless of the filter I run. 80k miles on her right now.

I do the same I only use Amsoil 5w20 with a Wix or now a K&an filter. I also have a catch can. My 16’ has over 163k miles. Oil Pressure reads identical as the poster’s. My temps run 190 to 216 & oil temp up to 230. I had my oil analyzed 3x from Blackstone & tests came out phenomenal. Keep up with maintenance and shut the hood.

Maybe try a stock filter ? Also in a hotter climate run a 180 t-stat in the 5.7.

51-54 psi
@idle and 200 deg
31-33 psi.
I have 200k on the motor. IMO. THIS IS PERFECT AND WELL WITHIN THE RAM SPEC.

Whats with all the paranoid threads lately with oil PSI like mentioned above the guage in truck is not all that accurate your numbers sound normal I get 23 PSI hot idle so your doing dam good!.
The paranoia comes from the issue progressing as mentioned by the OP and the oil pressure keeps dropping until it's 28 on the road and 8 at idle. Then you take it in to the dealer and he says, "Not really sure what's wrong with your 6.4 Hemi but you have metal shavings in the oil and we can fix the problem for $12k! This happened to me, just got it out of the shop and they said if I wanted to pay $4k they could tear the engine down and find out what happened. No noises, no drop in performance, just loss of oil pressure and engine is gone. This happened with only 120K miles on the engine. I'm 59, the truck isn't getting abused and gets the oil changed far sooner than required. I'm gun shy on the damn thing now, the very first engine was one of the improperly built 6.4 that hat the wrong wristpins. It lasted all of 5k Miles. So 8 year old truck with 125k miles and now on it's third engine.
