Oil temp PID's for OBD2 reader

I am looking for a PID code for a 2012 4th Gen Ram 1500 with the Hemi.
I have the Torque app but the oil temp option does not read this truck. Any help would be great!
I can find the ATF codes but not the engine oil cods.
