I'm sure this has been asked, but has ANYONE, ANYWHERE, actually found a set of replacement speakers for a crew cab that actually fit without modification? If so, please drop a link...

These are the speakers I know that fit the stock speaker hole in the front doors:

MTX Terminator69 (6x9 2-way)
JBL 9631F (6x9 3-way)
Kicker 47KSC6904 (6x9 2-way)

Rear Doors:

Kenwood KFC-1666S (6.5" Round)
MTX Terminator6 (6.5" Round)
JBL 621F (6.5" Round)

These are the speakers I have first hand installation experience with and I know they fit without modifications. Good luck with your search.

I currently run the Kicker 43DSC69304 6x9's in my front doors and the Kenwood KFC-1666S 6.5" in my rear doors.

I also have a pair of Infinity Reference 4" 3-way tweeters in the top of my instrument panel and a pair of Kicker P3's under the rear seat.

In my old 17 truck I installed kicker 6x9s front n rear. No modification but front needed i believe 1/4 " spacers to keep magnets off metal window framework.
In my 19 Im running Focal 6x9s, same front spacers needed.

I just installed four JBL 9631F 6x9's in the doors and the only thing I had to do was put a couple of spacers on front door speakers to bring them out a little so not to hit the window mechanism. They sound terrific I also installed JBL Club 322F in the dash with a JVC KW-M560BT head unit with a Sound Ordnance M75-4 amp and while I was at it I added a back up camera. It was not very difficult at all.

See, that's what is weird. This truck, the rear doors have speakers much smaller than 6.5". This truck came ordered with the infinity system if that helps.
Also, where did you get the spacers?

Looked around in my garage and got creative with washers and old speaker mounting clips.

Look for 6x9 speaker spacers on ebay or amazon or any stereo place
