Ok- At 205K, I am the only owner and a fan of real design validation for heavy duty work. Here is the life test report:

profile: 2007 Big Horn SLT 5.7 Quad 4x4 w/MDS. Leveled, 35” ATX 17” BFG KO2, K&N. Power stop HD vented slotted drilled x4 ceramic 205K

environment: Santa Cruz, Ca Beach, Salty Air, some dunes, some mud, lots of highway 17, AKA Death Highway

oil: whatever 5-20, top with RP, @ every 10-20K, motorKote. Lucas in tank, sea foam in crank, Penzoil/motor kote in tranny. Doesn’t tick except at exhaust leaks.

maintenance:
Fuel pumps- 100 and 170K
EGR
Broken passenger exh stud 110K
Pinion seal- warranty at 70K
Rear end bearings @ 100K (dealer screw up on oil)
Tranny lost OD clutches at 195K(changed fluid at 100 and 170, no towing)
Chafed electrical harness passenger side

pending Maint yes I am a jerk to this truck on purpose:
Water pump/fan/tsat
Plugs(they have 200k!!)
Coil packs
Passenger stud broke again making Hemi Tick...see video
I hate MDS, sounds like a diesel through intake. It claps valves every so often when oil gets sludgy, need to change solenoid before I suck one in.

That is it, not too bad...I was trying to make my Toyota buddies jealous until I saw their OD on a V8 4Runner...350K all orig. give me another couple years...

any advise on MDS delete? It will kill my chances of beating yota.
