I get it. Sand until you think it's done, then do it all again.

How much bedliner will it take to do the rockers, fenders, plastic parts of the front bumper and possibly the bed caps? Will a gallon be enough?

I'm putting on a tonneau cover so I may or may not do the bed. I haven't decided yet.

Does this stuff go on in one coat or two required?

If one is enough, is two better?

I'm finding some conflicting details in my research. It's nice to be able to ask someone who has actually done it.

I use one gallon ... it does my rockers , bed cap, bumpers, and flares 2 coats

If you use to much it will look like crap and just look like roofing tar was applied .

Long bed trucks for the same .. gallon and a quart .

Trust me ... if its prepped correctly one coat will last years ... I always run 2 just because I dont want to have to have any left out of that gallon .

Now beds ... that a 3 coat or more as it takes allot more abuse that a rocker panel .
