Optimal Temperatures

I'm keeping an eye on my oil temp and trans temp using the trinity. Do any of you know what temperature these should be at? At what temperature do they begin to over heat? Thanks....

good question, Ive read that trans shouldnt go above 180. but that was on thrid gens, i couldnt really find any info on 4th gens.

If we could make a chart of optimal/hot trans, oil and coolant temps it would be an incredible resource.
