Check with member "Wild one". He might have a place up north that you can buy things a little cheaper than down here.

I've found over the years, with many trucks and many different types of exhaust systems that "loud" is defined by the person in the passenger seat, no matter what I thought. And she approves of this message------LOL

I have LT headers str8 piped into that 22" Its pretty tame.
I believe its 2.5 or 2.25 on the back side for the 2 outlets... they should be able to make a connection regardless as long as they have the proper tools to adjust pipe sizingI’m being told I got the wrong muffler...
3 inch inlet and two 3” outlets. Could this not work ? I’m confused now.....

I'm not too sure... I'd assume theyd go 2 1/4 upward but that seems like quite the size gap ... goodluck! A mufflex kit would have been a great choice.and I'm not sure if anyone had reccomended it but its direct bolt in and has the amount of pipe pre welded inThat’s what I thought! Is it that hard to reduce a pipe 3” to 2 1/4?

Bummer... amazon is usually pretty good but I believe they take a small percent back off of your total refund...I’m sad today.... lol.
I contacted the seller and see if I can return this muffler. Still in the box. They are located about 15 min away so I can bring it back myself. It was through amazon so I’ll see how this plays out

Hi Addicted, we may be wrong, but from what we remember, the factory exhaust was 2.5" dia, which would be easy for your muffler shop to use a pipe expander on, or just slip the new muffler over and weld.
Amazon is usually pretty good about taking anything back. If you do end up returning and want some assistance choosing the correct muffler for your truck, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by Pm or phone at 1-800-990-0905!

After swapping out mufflers on 2 trucks,( a 17 and a 19) and physically measuring the pipes the tail pipes are 2.25 flared to 2.5 at the muffler. At least on my 2 Bighorns
